It will be my landing craft for my inquisitor warband

Following the guide on ironsleet you have up to 12w in the warband and a vehicle.

This will mainly be a background modelling piece still working on the warband and the vehicle

More work completed on the Duchess

Got her buttoned up and got the cockpit to finish off and then doors and gunners

She is just measuring at just over a foot long and very front heavy, so I am looking at a cradle to hold her rather than a straight rod

Hmmm, I really like the idea, but something about it feels....'odd'

Have you considered swapping all the fins/wings on the Valkyrie? At the moment it feels like they are arranged against the motion of the vehicle. It looks like the two lower ones and the middle one have been swapped (aerilons moved to the back) but the top ones still look odd. And maybe the Valk wings? that way they'd match the sweep on the back section.

As i say its an awesome idea and i love the vision, this is just my 2p.

Oh, and still waiting for the pic with the smiley face..... ;)

Work is progressing far to slowly

I am trying to sculpt some litany scrolls in the style of the new plastic Celestine but they keep bending or snapping

Been using green stuff but that is not working

Any advise?

Mmmm. I was wanting a similar effect on Sanguinius, but couldn't pull it off.

I tried using a strong thin piece of wire, and then thin strips of green stuff either side (so it bulges slightly in the middle). It didn't work well enough for me.

Then thought about using a thin strip of metal - copper, but never tried it.
